Keto deep pan chicken parmas
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 can of crushed tomatoes
2 table spoons of tomato paste
100-150g of sundried tomato
1 chopped Brown onion
1 Garlic clove large
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Paprika
Mixed herbs
Basil
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and cook onion and garlic until browned. Take off pan and put aside.
- Cover chicken breast with paprika, mixed herb and basil and put into hot pan with oil. Sear the chicken on the outside.
- Take the chicken off and put aside. Put the onion, garlic, tomato paste, canned tomato, a little water and sun dried tomato into the pan and heat until it comes to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken in and leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Cover each piece of chicken with mozzarella cheese and place in grill or Oven while still in fry pan. Brown cheese and then serve with side salad.
