Deep pan chicken parmas

Keto deep pan chicken parmas 

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 can of crushed tomatoes
2 table spoons of tomato paste
100-150g of sundried tomato
1 chopped Brown onion 
1 Garlic clove large
Shredded mozzarella cheese 
Paprika 
Mixed herbs
Basil
Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and cook onion and garlic until browned. Take off pan and put aside.
  2. Cover chicken breast with paprika, mixed herb and basil and put into hot pan with oil. Sear the chicken on the outside. 
  3. Take the chicken off and put aside. Put the onion, garlic, tomato paste, canned tomato, a little water and sun dried tomato into the pan and heat until it comes to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken in and leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes 
  4. Cover each piece of chicken with mozzarella cheese and place in grill or Oven while still in fry pan. Brown cheese and then serve with side salad. 

I didn’t use ham in my recipe because I prefer without but you can add it before cheese if you would like.
